Implementation and training
Implementation planning is a joint effort between the client and us to ensure roles and responsibilities of both parties are well defined. The implementation is planned and executed by a Project Manager to ensure all resources involved are well coordinated. Intensive pre- and post-implementation training is given to ensure solid Arch product knowledge is instilled. Ongoing training to individuals and groups further ensures Arch is optimally applied in the business.
Superior on-site and remote support
While our goal is always minimal operational downtime, we cannot control unforeseen occurrences. Our Southern African Branch footprint ensures that all on-site issues are taken care of, while software/functionality issues are addressed by skilled Support Technicians at our on-line Call Centre. In the event of more complicated issues which may arise, senior technical resources are called upon for resolution. Our service commitment is driven through a service level agreement (SLA).
